COACHED Junior Sessions
Coached junior badminton sessions run across Hertfordshire from beginner to advanced level. Including 1 hour and 2 hour ACADEMY coached sessions (shown in the video), with great structure and professional coaching. These sessions include: warm up, technical/tactical practices, drills, matches.
They are great fun and engaging for juniors!
